1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or participating in the bidding system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the site immediately.

2. Eligibility

  • General Use: You must be at least 13 years of age to list a server.
  • Bidding: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Premium Bidding system. Bidding is open to users worldwide in any region supported by Stripe.
  • Payment: You must have a valid payment method accepted by Stripe. All charges are processed in USD.

3. Nature of Service

This platform provides a directory for Hytale servers. We do not host the servers listed and are not responsible for the content, uptime, or safety of any third-party server. We are a third-party fan site and are not affiliated with Hypixel Studios or Riot Games.

4. Bidding & Premium Listings

  • The Service: Premium Spotlight positions are awarded through a competitive bidding window. The top 6 bidders when the window closes win homepage placement for the following 7-day period.
  • Payment Method: You must save a valid payment method before placing a bid. Your card is not charged when you bid — it is only charged if you are a winning bidder when the bidding window closes.
  • Finality of Charges: All charges for winning bids are final and non-refundable. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital advertising service and authorize us to charge your saved payment method if you win.
  • Failed Charges: If your payment method is declined at window close, your bid is forfeited and you will not receive a premium slot. Lower-ranked bidders will move up accordingly.
  • Bid Management: You may update or withdraw your bid at any time before the bidding window closes at no cost.
  • No Guarantee of Traffic: While we provide the placement, we do not guarantee a specific number of clicks, players, or revenue for your server.

5. Content Standards & Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any server listing, without refund, that:

  • Contains illegal content or promotes hate speech.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property of others.
  • Is deemed to be "scamming" players or misrepresenting its features.
  • Uses a "bot" or fraudulent scripts to manipulate the voting system.

6. Limitation of Liability (Section 230)

As a provider of an interactive computer service, we are not liable for the information provided by our users (server owners). You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the site or the behavior of players on your server.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify the ranking algorithm, the number of premium slots, or the bidding increments at any time to maintain a fair ecosystem.
