  • Account Data: Email address and username, collected when you create an account via Supabase Authentication.
  • Server Listing Data: Server name, IP address, port, description, images, and other details you provide when listing a server.
  • Payment Data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store transaction IDs and bid amounts for record-keeping but never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses (used for vote deduplication and rate limiting) and timestamps of interactions.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. We do not collect browsing history, device fingerprints, or behavioral profiles.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the service: server listings, voting, premium bidding, and user profiles.
  • To process payments through Stripe for the premium bidding system.
  • To prevent abuse: rate limiting, vote deduplication, and spam prevention via CAPTCHA.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service through content moderation.
  • To respond to takedown requests and legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary first-party cookies for authentication session management (set by Supabase). These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled.

5. Your Rights

  • Right to Access: You can view your account data at any time in your Profile Settings.
  • Right to Delete: You can delete your account and associated data from your Profile Settings.
  • Right to Correct: You can update your profile information at any time.
  • Lookback Rule (2026): You have the right to request access to personal data we have collected about you dating back to January 1, 2022. Contact us to exercise this right.
  • Do Not Sell or Share: We do not sell or share your personal information. If we ever begin doing so, you may opt out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.

6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal (via navigator.globalPrivacyControl), we treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information.

Since we do not sell or share personal information, the practical effect is acknowledgment and record of your preference, which is displayed in our site footer.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account.
  • Vote records are retained for ranking integrity (IP addresses stored for deduplication).
  • Payment transaction records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
  • Takedown request records are retained for legal compliance purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and list a server. Users must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Premium Bidding system. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. TAKE IT DOWN Act

We maintain a process for the removal of non-consensual intimate imagery in compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act. If you believe content on this site qualifies, you may submit a request through our Takedown Report page. We will review and remove qualifying content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
